Your supplier's Excel price list, kept live in your shop.

Many suppliers still send a spreadsheet. OhoSync lets you match their columns to your product fields once, and every new version of the file updates your shop with your prices, not theirs.

Short answer

Upload the supplier's .xlsx or .csv file to OhoSync (or paste the download link if they publish one), tell it once which column holds the SKU, cost price, stock, image, category and brand, set your markup, and run a preview. Next time the supplier sends a new file, upload it and the same mapping applies.

Match the columns once

No two suppliers name their columns the same way. You tell OhoSync which column is the product code, which is the cost, which is the stock and which holds the image link, and it remembers. The SKU column matters most: it is how each row finds the same product next time, so it must stay the same between exports.

From cost price to your shelf price

The spreadsheet usually holds the supplier's cost. OhoSync adds your markup, as a percentage or a fixed amount, with different percentages for cheap and expensive items if you want, and rounds the result the way shops price things: to .99, to whole numbers, up to the next 10 or 100, or to a price ending in 90. Any single product can carry its own fixed price that overrides the rules.

When the new file is wrong

Spreadsheets break: a column shifts, a decimal moves, half the rows are missing. OhoSync holds back any price that moves further than you allow and stops the whole update if the file has lost a large part of its products. You find out in the run history, not from a customer.

Questions

Which spreadsheet formats work?

CSV files and Excel .xlsx workbooks, from any supplier, because you map the columns yourself.

Does the supplier have to change anything?

No. You use the file exactly as they send it.

What if the file has thousands of products and I only sell some?

Choose the ones you sell. Build lists by category, brand or margin, or pick products one by one in the supplier catalogue. Only chosen products reach your shop.
