Keep WooCommerce in step with your supplier, without another plugin.
OhoSync is a hosted service. It connects to your WooCommerce shop with a REST API key you create, reads your supplier's file on a schedule and writes the changes. Nothing runs inside WordPress, so your shop does not slow down while a big import is processed.

Short answer
To sync a supplier feed to WooCommerce automatically, create a WooCommerce REST API key with read and write access, connect it in OhoSync, add the supplier's CSV, Excel or XML feed, map the columns once, set your pricing rules, preview the result and switch on scheduled updates.
Why hosted instead of an import plugin
Import plugins run inside WordPress, on the same server that serves your customers. A large supplier file then competes with your shop for memory and time, and an interrupted run is left half done. OhoSync reads and checks the file on its own servers and only sends the finished changes to WooCommerce.
The connection is a key pair you generate in WooCommerce. It is stored encrypted, OhoSync never sees your admin password, and you can revoke the key from WooCommerce without asking us.
What it updates
- Names, descriptions, images, gallery, categories and brands for new products.
- Prices from the supplier cost, with your markup, cost bands and rounding.
- Stock levels, and out of stock when the supplier runs out.
- Products that vanish from the feed are marked out of stock rather than deleted, so the page and its search ranking stay.
What it leaves alone
Anything you lock: a rewritten title, your own photo, a price you set by hand. A product you moved to the trash in WooCommerce stays there; OhoSync does not recreate or update it.
Questions
Do I need to install a WordPress plugin?
No. OhoSync connects through the WooCommerce REST API that is built into WooCommerce. You create an API key in WooCommerce settings and paste it into OhoSync.
How large a supplier file can it handle?
Files are processed as a stream rather than loaded whole, with a hard ceiling of 100 MB per file. Plans limit how many products you sync: 30 on Starter, 500 on Basic, 1,000 on Growth and 5,000 on Pro.
Can new products arrive as drafts?
Yes, and that is the default. New products are created as drafts for you to review, and publishing one locks its wording and images so later updates only move price and stock.
