Everything below works today. Each one starts with what it does for your
shop.
The work it takes off your desk
Automatic product updates
Your shop is refreshed from the supplier file on a schedule you choose,
or whenever you press the button. New products from your supplier are
held for you to review rather than appearing on their own.
Prices and stock kept current
When your supplier raises a cost or sells out, your shop follows.
Products that disappear from the file are marked out of stock rather
than deleted, so the page and its search ranking stay.
Choose which products you sell
A supplier file usually holds far more than you want. Build your own
lists from it, by category, brand or margin, and only those products
reach your shop.
Images and descriptions included
Product images, galleries, categories and brands come across with the
rest, so a new product arrives complete instead of half filled in.
Your prices, not your supplier's
Set the rules once and every product follows them.
Add your markup
A percentage on top of the supplier cost, or a fixed amount. Different rules for different categories if you want.
Different margins by price
Cheap items and expensive items rarely deserve the same percentage. Set a markup per cost band.
Set one product yourself
Any single product can carry its own fixed price or its own margin, and it overrides everything else.
See how a price was reached
Open any product and follow the calculation from supplier cost to the price your customer sees.
Your own work stays yours
Lock anything you changed by hand. Updates go around it and keep updating
everything else.

Title
Keep your product name, whatever the supplier calls it

Never replace your writing with the supplier's text

Leave the photo you chose in place
Gallery
Stop rebuilding your gallery from the file

Leave your shop structure alone

Stock
Stop writing stock levels from the file
Web address
Never change the product URL under you. Locked from the start
Locks can be set on one product or on a whole selection at once, including
shortcuts such as locking everything except stock. When you publish a
product you had in draft, its wording and images are locked for you
automatically, while price and stock keep updating.
Checks that run before your customers see anything
Prices that look wrong are held
A price that jumps further than you allow, or drops below your minimum, is blocked on that product and flagged instead of published.
Half-empty files are refused
If a supplier file suddenly loses a large part of its products, OhoSync stops the update instead of removing stock from your store.
Preview before publishing
Run any update as a test first and read the full list of what it would change, with nothing written to your shop.
Edits made in your shop are noticed
If a price or status is changed directly in WooCommerce, OhoSync pauses that product and shows you both versions rather than overwriting one.
Knowing what happened
A record of every update
Each update is saved with how many products were added, updated,
skipped and marked out of stock, plus the individual changes and the
reason for each one.
Stop and resume
Stop an update while it is running and everything already sent stays in
place. If one fails partway, it picks up from the product it reached.
Competitor prices
Follow what other shops charge for the products you choose, and see the
lowest competing price beside your own.
Small test runs
Update the first ten or fifty products to check a new supplier or a new
pricing rule before committing your whole catalogue.
Where AI helps, and where it stays out
Prices, stock and your locked fields are decided by rules, not by a model
— the same input gives the same result every time. AI is offered for the
three jobs where the input is messy human text, and it is off until you
turn it on.
Reads your supplier's column names
Supplier files never use the same headings twice. OhoSync matches them to your product fields on its own, and where a heading is genuinely ambiguous, AI suggests the match instead of leaving you to guess. You confirm before anything imports.
Pulls the facts out of a messy description
When the supplier sends one long blob of text, AI can lift the details out of it — size, material, weight, whatever your products are described by — so your own description template has real fields to work with.
Writes it in your tone
The same product description, rewritten to sound professional, short, or friendly. Consistent across the whole catalogue, instead of a hundred suppliers all sounding like themselves.
You bring your own provider key — DeepSeek, OpenAI or Anthropic — so you
see exactly what it costs and you can turn it off at any time. Descriptions
built from templates alone cost nothing and work without any of this.
