WooCommerce
availableYour WooCommerce shop connects to OhoSync and receives product updates: names, descriptions, images, categories, prices and stock. You stay in charge of the connection and can remove it from your shop at any time.
Shopify
availableProducts, prices, stock levels and images are written straight to your Shopify store through the Admin API, and new products are published to your sales channels so they appear in the shop rather than sitting as drafts. Your own variants are left alone: an update touches the variant that matches the supplier row and nothing else.
CSV supplier files
availableThe most common format suppliers send. You tell OhoSync once which of their columns holds the product code, the price, the stock and the image, and it remembers.
Excel supplier files
availableAn .xlsx workbook works exactly like a CSV. Upload the file your supplier emails you and match the columns to your product fields.
Supported XML supplier feeds
availableSome suppliers publish a link instead of a file. XML feeds are supported for suppliers we have set up, because every supplier structures their XML differently. Send us a sample and we will tell you whether yours works today.

You do not need any of this to use OhoSync. It is here for the people who ask.

| How does the store connection work? | Over the WooCommerce REST API, using a key pair you generate in your own shop. It is stored encrypted and you can revoke it from WooCommerce without contacting us. |
| Is my shop password stored? | No. OhoSync never receives or stores your WooCommerce admin password. |
| How are supplier files read? | Each format is handled by its own reader. CSV and Excel are generic and configured to your columns; XML uses a reader written for that supplier's structure. |
| What happens to the data after reading? | Every row becomes the same standard set of fields, so pricing rules, product selection and locks behave identically no matter which format the file arrived in. |
| How large can a feed be? | Feeds are processed in a stream rather than loaded whole, with a hard ceiling of 100 MB per file. |
