Terms of Service
Last updated: August 11, 2026
These terms govern your use of OhoSync. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.
OhoSync is a product operated by Monine AS, a company registered in Norway (“we”, “us”). These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Monine AS.
1. The service
OhoSync provides software that connects your e-commerce store, imports supplier product feeds, and keeps your catalog synced. We may update, add or remove features over time to improve the service. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to connect any store you link to OhoSync. You must be at least 18 years old.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful content, no infringing on others' rights, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, and no syncing of data you don't have the right to use. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Plans & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance by card through our payment processor, Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing page in your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and access continues until that date. We do not pro-rate or refund a started billing period — see our Refund Policy for the cases where a refund is issued.
5. Your content
You retain all rights to the store and product data you bring to OhoSync. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service. We process this data as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service unlawfully. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we handle your data as set out in the Privacy Policy.
7. Liability & governing law
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of Norway, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have locally.
