Stop selling products your supplier no longer has.

If you sell from a supplier's warehouse, your stock figure is really theirs. OhoSync keeps it current from their feed, together with your prices, so an order never lands on a product that sold out yesterday.

Short answer

For dropshipping and reselling, OhoSync updates stock and prices in Shopify or WooCommerce from the supplier's feed on a schedule, marks products out of stock when the supplier runs out or drops them, and can hand stock fully to the supplier so a sale in your shop is overwritten by their next figure. It does not place orders with the supplier.

Let the supplier own the stock figure

When the warehouse is theirs, their number is the truth. With "stock follows supplier" switched on, every update writes the supplier's figure, even if a sale in your shop changed it in between.

Products the supplier drops are marked out of stock rather than deleted, by default after they have been missing from two updates in a row, so one bad export does not hide your catalogue. If the supplier marks a product as discontinued, it can be moved to draft for you to decide on.

Made to order

Some suppliers make to order and publish a lead time instead of a stock number. Products from such a supplier can stay purchasable at zero stock, so they are not shown as sold out.

What OhoSync does not do

It does not forward orders to the supplier, and it stores no customer or order data. It keeps the catalogue honest; the order process stays yours.
