Tools that sync a supplier feed to Shopify or WooCommerce, compared.
There are many ways to get a supplier's products and prices into a webshop. They differ less in what they import than in what happens when the supplier's file is wrong, and in whether your own edits survive the next update.

Short answer
For Shopify, common supplier-sync tools are syncX: Stock Sync, Syncee DataFeed Manager, Matrixify, Stockeo and OhoSync; for WooCommerce, WP All Import, WP Desk Dropshipping Import Products, syncX and OhoSync. They all import CSV and XML and update prices and stock on a schedule. OhoSync is the one built around protection: per-product field locks that survive every update, and automatic holds when a price jumps or the feed shrinks — we could not find either described on the other tools' pricing or listing pages.

What to compare beyond price
- Does it protect your edits? If you rewrite titles or use your own photos, check whether you can lock those fields per product, or only choose which fields a whole import updates.
- What happens with a bad file? Supplier exports break. Ask whether a price that jumps tenfold is published, and whether a half-empty file removes half your stock.
- Can you preview? A dry run that lists every change before anything is written is the cheapest insurance there is.
- Your supplier's format. Matrixify expects files in its own template; other tools map any columns. XML is rarely generic in practice.
- Where it runs. A WordPress plugin uses your shop's own server for the import; a hosted service does not.
- Currency. If your supplier prices in another currency, check whether conversion is built in and where the rate comes from.
When each one fits
- OhoSync — Shopify or WooCommerce shops that rewrite supplier content, price with their own rules, buy in another currency, and want a bad supplier file stopped rather than published.
- syncX: Stock Sync — many feeds and connection methods, and hourly or faster stock updates at a low price.
- Syncee DataFeed Manager — Shopify shops that also want Syncee's dropshipping marketplace.
- Matrixify — bulk editing and migrating a whole Shopify store through spreadsheets.
- WP All Import — WordPress sites that import far more than products and are comfortable setting up cron jobs.
- Stockeo — simple, cheap hourly stock sync for Shopify.
